Conditions
Eligible non-EU short-stay travellers have entries, exits or entry refusals electronically registered in EES, with qualified exemptions.
The standard short-stay allowance is shared across the 29 EES countries, including Germany, at up to 90 days in any 180-day period.
The short-stay visa exemption does not permit gainful employment.
