Conditions

General visa issuance requires main-page copies; passport/travel document must outlast expected visa validity by at least 3 calendar months.
- Health requirement
General visa application: medical-insurance certificate copy unless the host undertakes to pay for medical services.
Malaysian embassy advice asks travellers over 18 for a COVID-19 vaccination certificate; the Azerbaijan MFA entry page read does not state it.
- Fee
Azerbaijan MFA: state fee for a single-entry visa is USD 20; Malaysian embassy advice states a USD 30 airport visa fee. The two amounts are not reconciled.
Stays longer than 15 days require registration at the place of residence; these captures state no precise filing deadline.
Land entry, except freight, needs Cabinet Task Force permission; foreigners may leave by land without that permission.
From 25 May 2026, the Georgia rail route permits entry/exit for foreign citizens who are visa-free eligible; air travel is open to all foreigners.
General visa application: approved form and two color 3×4 cm photographs meeting biometric-identification requirements.
Under-18 visa issuance without a parent/legal representative: notarized birth certificate, permission and identity-document copies.
Airport visa is a single-entry electronic visa issued through ASAN Visa, with payment through ASAN payment.
