  1. Electronic Delivery
    • 1.1 All digital products purchased from AirDataLink, including eSIMs and data plans, are delivered electronically to the email address provided by the customer during checkout.
    • 1.2 Once payment is successfully processed, digital products will be sent within 2 hours during business operating hours to the customer’s email. In some cases, there may be a slight delay due to system processing or verification requirements.
  2. Activation Instructions
    • 2.1 The email containing the digital product will include detailed instructions on how to activate and use the eSIM or data plan.
    • 2.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to follow the provided instructions carefully and ensure that their device is compatible with the purchased product.
  3. Delivery Timeframe
    • 3.1 Digital products are typically delivered within four hours of an order being placed and payment being successfully processed during normal business hours of 10am-7pm(GMT +8). Orders placed outside of these houses may take longer up to a maximum of 24 hours.
    • 3.2 In rare cases, delivery may be delayed up to 24 hours due to technical issues or verification requirements. If you have not received your digital product within this timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.
  4. Customer Responsibility
    • 4.1 Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address during checkout. AirDataLink is not liable for any delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete email addresses.
    • 4.2 It is the customer’s responsibility to check their email, including spam or junk mail folders, for the digital product delivery. If you are unable to locate the email, please contact our support team for further assistance.
    • 4.3 Customers are required to provide the correct details in order for orders to be processed and have the right to use their selected payment method.
  5. Compatibility and Usage
    • 5.1 Before making a purchase, customers should carefully review the product description and compatibility information to ensure that their device supports the eSIM or data plan.
    • 5.2 AirDataLink is not responsible for any issues arising from device incompatibility or user error. We recommend consulting with your device manufacturer or service provider if you are unsure about compatibility.
  6. Refunds and Cancellations
    • 6.1 As digital products are delivered quickly and cannot be returned, refunds or cancellations are not available after the order has been processed, except in cases where the product is unusable due to technical issues on our end.
