Affiliate program terms and conditions

1. Agreement and participation

These terms govern applications to and participation in the AirDataLink affiliate program operated by Sonoflex Sdn. Bhd. Participation requires our approval. An application alone does not appoint you as an affiliate or entitle you to commission.

2. Application and approval

Applicants must provide accurate information about their identity, audience, websites, channels and intended promotional methods. AirDataLink may approve, reject or request more information about an application.

Approval applies only to the named affiliate and approved promotional properties. It may not be transferred or shared without written permission.

3. Referral credit

Approved affiliates may receive coded links or coupon codes. Whether an order is credited to an affiliate, and to which one, is decided by the attribution our systems record at checkout, and that record is final. A click or code does not guarantee credit.

You must not interfere with customer choices, overwrite another party's referral, inject referral data, use deceptive redirects or place tracking without a genuine customer interaction.

4. Qualifying orders and commission

An order qualifies only if correctly attributed, paid, accepted, completed and eligible under these terms. The default commission rate is 10% of the eligible paid total: eligible items after discounts, minus Store Credit used, before tax. Different approved rates or minimum commissions recorded for your account apply where agreed. Top ups earn no commission by default; an expressly approved Top up rate applies only to eligible Top up value.

For a sale priced outside MYR, commission is calculated on the eligible paid total in the currency the customer was charged, including the currency-conversion markup. Where the sale and settlement currencies differ, commission is converted using the rate saved with the commission. Any approved minimum commission is then applied. The recorded calculation determines the final amount.

Clicks, registrations, pending payments and declined or abandoned checkouts do not by themselves earn commission.

5. Exclusions, refunds and reversals

Cancelled, refunded, charged-back, fraudulent, duplicated, self-referred and otherwise ineligible orders do not qualify. While commission is still held, cancelled or refunded value reduces or cancels the commission automatically under the recorded calculation. After commission has cleared or been paid, finance reviews a refund before any reversal is posted. An approved reversal appears as “Commission reversal” and is deducted from a later statement; a negative balance carries forward. Statements and payouts may be paused while the review is open.

6. Promotional standards

Affiliates must describe AirDataLink and its products accurately, keep product information reasonably current and clearly disclose the affiliate relationship wherever a referral link appears.

Affiliates must not:

• make unverified claims about coverage, speed, savings, refunds or device compatibility;
• send unlawful unsolicited messages or use deceptive, harmful or unlawful content;
• impersonate AirDataLink, register confusingly similar domains or present themselves as customer support;
• use paid advertising of any kind (search, social, display or video) to promote your link or codes, or bid on our brand name, domain or variations as keywords, without our prior written approval;
• post your link or codes on coupon websites, distribute unauthorised voucher codes or use incentives unless expressly approved;
• resell AirDataLink products instead of referring customers to us;
• alter AirDataLink creative assets except as permitted by the supplied brand guidance.

If you plan to promote in a way these terms do not clearly cover, ask us first and wait for our written approval. We are happy to talk it through. We may ask you to show where and how your link or codes are promoted, and may check traffic sources.

7. Data protection and confidentiality

Each party must follow the privacy, marketing and consumer-protection rules that apply to its activities. Affiliates must not collect or expose customer order, payment, eSIM or account credentials through referral activity.

Non-public commercial, security and customer information received through the program must be protected and used only for authorised participation. These duties continue after participation ends.

8. Payouts and taxes

Commission is held for 31 days by default from payment capture, not from a later order update, and becomes payable after validation and any required review. Your approved account terms may specify a different hold. Each account has one approved settlement currency, MYR or USD, confirmed at approval and not changeable afterwards. Request a payout against a finalised statement and the applicable withdrawal floor; the default floor is RM 100.00 (MYR) or $100.00 (USD), and the payable balance must be positive. Approved payouts are normally processed monthly between the 15th and the last day of the month by PayPal or bank transfer, subject to identity checks, review and any legally required withholding. You must provide accurate payment and tax information and handle your own tax obligations.

MYR payouts are paid only to a bank account in Malaysia. AirDataLink is not responsible for any fees or deductions taken from a commission payment, such as bank charges, PayPal fees or foreign-exchange costs; these are borne by you.

9. Suspension and termination

Either party may end participation by written notice to the other. AirDataLink may suspend or end participation immediately for reasonably suspected fraud, unlawful promotion, misuse or a material breach, with an explanation where lawful. On termination, stop using affiliate links, codes and brand materials. Valid commission earned before termination remains subject to its hold, review, payout and reversal rules; termination alone does not forfeit valid commission. Commission linked to a breach of these terms, including unapproved paid advertising, is invalid and will be withheld or reversed, and unresolved reviews may delay payout.

10. Changes, liability and governing law

We may update these terms by publishing a dated version and notifying active affiliates of material changes through the account or email. Changes apply from the stated date to future activity and do not retrospectively reduce valid commission already earned, except under the refund, reversal and breach rules that applied to it. We use reasonable care but do not guarantee earnings, uninterrupted tracking or continuous availability. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable to the other for indirect or consequential business loss; nothing excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Malaysian law governs these terms. Contact [email protected] first to try to resolve a dispute; subject to mandatory rights, disputes are submitted to the courts of Malaysia.
